This is a more advanced one-touch passing warm-up drill that you would use at the beginning of practice to get everyone’s feet moving and hands warmed up.

Key points

P1 exchanges one-touch passes with P2 and P3 then exchanges passes with P4 while cutting across the blue line. After the last Pass with P4, P1 drives to the net shoots, stops at the net and then backs into the face-off circle into a rebounding position. P4 then starts next repetition the other way.
