FAQ

1. CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP ON ALL MY DEVICES ?

Yes, HCV is available on Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, Android tablets and smartphones. Note: The smartphone app is the HCV-Player version, which means it is for playing drills, shared practices or drill libraries.

2. WHERE CAN I FIND THE EESTI DRILLS ?

On tablets or computers: Once you are logged into your HCV app you will find the Packages List at the bottom. Open it and find the EESTI Cloud folder. After you've downloaded the packages from the EESTI cloud, you will be able to find all the drills in your main list under Animations, Videos and Pictures. On Smartphones: Once you are logged into the HCV Player app, open the Packages menu at the bottom and you will see the Portal tab in the top right corner. There you can download all the EESTI drills.

3. DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO RUN THE APP ?

No, once the app is downloaded and once you have downloaded all the drills, you can use the app offline. Some coaches even take their tablet on the ice ;)

4. IF I BUY HOCKEY COACH VISION LATER, WILL I STILL HAVE THESE DRILLS ?

Yes. Just don't delete your app, so once you upgrade to a full Coach account you will still have all the files that you have saved earlier and you will be able to sync them to your account.

5. HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO A FULL COACH LICENSE ?

Go to our website: www.hockeycoachvision.com, select GET IT NOW and follow the prompts.
