1. Can I download the app on all my devices ?
2. Where can I find the Ringette drills ?
On a tablet or computer: Once logged into the HCV app, you'll find the list of packages at the bottom of the screen. Open it and find the "Ringuette France" folder. After downloading the packages, you'll find all the drills in the main "ACTIVITIES" list. On a smartphone: Once logged into the HCV Player app, open the "Packages" menu at the bottom of the screen and you'll immediately see the Ringuette Québec packages available for download.
3. Do I need an internet connection to run the app ?
No, once the app is downloaded and once you have downloaded all the drills, you can use the app offline. Moreover, some coaches even take their tablet on the ice ;)
4. If I buy Hockey Coach Vision later, will I still have these drills ?
Yes. Don't delete your app. This way, once your Coach account is updated, you'll keep all previously saved files.
5. How can I upgrade to a full Coach license ?
Use the "Get COACH Subscription" button on this website to obtain your full COACH license. This will give you access to all the features the full Coach version has to offer. You can also visit our website: www.hockeycoachvision.com, select "Get it Now" and follow the instructions.
