Coach chips puck to the middle of the zone to start 2@2 play. A Libero/Rover jumps into the play as well to attack with the team that recovers the puck. The Libero is always attacking no matter which team has the puck so there is always a 3@2 situation.
Key points
This game works best when you have more than a two colour practice as the Libero should be a different colour from the other four players. This game promotes quick transition between offense and defense. Great game when practising with five lines of players. You may also select 3-4 players that you wish to give more offensive practice and have them put on a third colour jersey for this game.
