Players line up as shown. Coach starts the play by firing a puck off of the plexiglass in the corner. Two forwards jump the two D men as the defensive F4 covers middle ice. The D men must now try to break out of this pressure with short passes.

Work offensive and defensive escapes from this low scrum. Offence looking for a quick attack off of turnovers and Defense looking for a quick break out. Normal play follows. Alternate which corner you start in after every line change.
