This drill runs one way. As the players complete the drill they line up to come back the other way. F1 shoots a wrist shot to the goalies catching hand so he may trap the puck, pivot quickly and make an outlet pass to F5. F1 and F5 now go 2@1 against D13.
Key points
Alternate sides to work passing both ways. Should the goalie miss the shoot in, a Coach lines up beside him to give him a puck for the outlet pass.
