Teams play 3@1 on each circle. Offensive players cannot enter the circle. Defensive players cannot leave the circles.
Key points
Upon recovering the puck, the defensive player moves it quickly to the attackers on the other circle. Goalies can pass it up as well. Coach can also whistle a change of possession.
