One PP unit sets up on offence in the half zone against four PK players. Second PP unit sets up just outside blue line while the second PK unit sets up inside their own blue line. Play starts with a pass by the coach. Defenders try to recover the puck and move it to their PP unit.
Key points
Second PK unit can cross their blue line and gap up to force rim or chip. First PP unit then moves up to the far blue line after the puck is cleared and PK unit sets up inside their blue line. Good pre-game morning practice drill to work rim and recovery.
