Three Fs come off the wall, criss-cross and receive a pass from D1. After 3 against 1, the coach throws a new puck to the forwards for quick counter back. D1 must hustle back to help defend with D2.

Quick transition. 3 Wide Drive Attack, middle drive, drive for rebounds. Finish the first attack before starting a quick counter.
