Description

In this warmup drill, players work on agility, quickness, and evasive moves. To set up the drill, position one player on one goal line and have the remaining players line up on the opposite goal line. Start with one Zombie who tries to tag as many players as possible before they reach the other goal line. Tagged players then become Zombies.

Key points

As a progression, the players can carry pucks and Zombies must knock the pucks off of their sticks.
